Journeys Beyond the Ordinary: My first career was in television, making documentaries for The Travel Channel. I loved seeing the world, meeting people, experiencing their world through their eyes. When that career ended, I wanted a career that offered me the same opportunity to share the wonder of our world with others. Travel! It expands horizons, gives your children experiences they'll use every day in school and remember all their lives. A fossil dig in Africa with a member of the Leakey family... a tour of the 1,000-year-old cistern under Istanbul, with a guide, a boat, and a torch you'll pray doesn't go out. That's the kind of travel we offer. And if you've read this far, that's the kind of travel you want.
